    Two years ago we purchased a faux leather reclining sofa and recliner from RC Willey. As we were signing the contract, we were sold a warranty on the leather against rips, tears or anything that happens to the material. The salesman said that they would repair any rips, discoloration, etc. for the time the warranty is in effect. He mentioned that sometimes greasy hair discolors the material and they would fix it if that happened. Well, don't believe them! I have a small puncture in the back of the couch and light discoloration on the seat. When I called for the repair, I was told that the discoloration WAS NOT covered! I explained that we purchased the warranty because of the pitch on the coverage but I was told that they absolutely won't fix the discoloration! Needless to say, I am very disappointed with RC Willey!
